Returns and Exchanges

Our customers' satisfaction is our top priority. We are here to assist you in case you encounter any issues with your order. Items that are delivered damaged will be accepted for return. You may return these items, in their original packaging, unused, within 1 week of delivery for a full refund. You must provide us with justification and proof of the damaged goods, before sending them back. If these conditions are not met we can reject the refund request. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

In the case where unused, well-conditioned, goods will be returned, you are required to pay the delivery charge for sending them back.

We'll refund the price you paid for your item, back to your original payment method. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore please do make sure they're packed properly and can't get damaged on the way.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 1-week return policy, we reserve the right for a non-refund. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.

We offer an exchange option only in one circumstance: in which we have made a mistake with your order, and you would like to replace the item. In this case, you will not be obliged to pay the delivery charge. If you're looking to return or exchange a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch and we would be more than happy to get it sorted for you. We do not offer Warranty on goods purchased.
